Trish~"I Never Knew" made me cry and cry and cry.  What a gift to be able to express yourself with words.

Alice, We are Praising God with you.  Celebrating right along side you.  He is faithful.

We had a great time this past weekend.  Some of us went over to the cemetery at various times...that's how we ended up on the Cherry Flat.  Things sure do look different than what I remember as a kid.  But I remembered where the Cherry trees were...Right in front of you when you entered the field.  The little ravine is still there but it is pasture land.  Didn't they use to mow hay up there.  Seems like I remember them bringing the hay wagon off there=(

Cornhole was fun...Lonnie had a good idea, though I'm afraid the SERIOUS players didn't think so. Tee Hee.  Half of the names were put in a hat and the other half drew their partners from there.    It was all in fun and the trophy (made by Monica) resides at Steve's (I know Teresa appreciates that) for next year.

Did you, who weren't there, see who our guests were in the pic.  Did you see Aunt Joy?  I hadn't seen her in years and it was a treat.  Vera and Elmer, Mary and Alma, Clarence and Tina and their family, Merl and Donna (I know, they are family)...but it was nice to see everybody.  Missed the rest of you, but hopefully, next year you can make it.

~Rita~
