I was at Mommy's this evening and Georgia called and said that Patsy and Kaylee came home today and the baby had no infection in her lungs. They are both doing great. She said that she had "everybody in the country" praying for them. Praise the Lord, He is Good.
Good Morning all,
I talked to Georgia this morning.  She said Patsy and the baby are doing pretty good.  Patsy was hoping to come home today, but she didn't think that would happen.  The baby isn't eating as much as she should, but they have her on IV's and she seems to be holding her own.  Georgia said to thank everyone for the prayers, that they truly worked.  She has Amber staying with her and that is good for both of them.  I forgot to tell you all that she named the baby "Kaylee Ann"  not sure of the spelling,  and she also weighed 8 pounds and a few ounces.
Continue praying and I will let you all know if I hear anything else!
Enjoy the beautiful fall day!

prayer request

Good Morning all,
Patsy (Georgia's daughter) had her baby this morning.  She was in labor 16 hours and her uterus ruptured.  The baby is touch and go right now.  Her lungs have a lot of blood and fluid in them.  They are keeping her at fairlea for the moment but said they may need to transfer to neonatal icu.  Please keep them both in your prayers today.  I talked to Georgia and she is really upset as can be expected.  I will keep you all updated.

I must agree with Janet lol!!! It sounds like grandma and grandpa are doing better, that's good to hear. It's been cold and rainy here the last few days too. Mark and I feel water logged. I'll be glad to go back to work tomorrow just to get a break! We were at work Saturday night when the landlord called at 730 and said our hot water heater had busted and the bottom part of the apartment was flooded. It was also going over into the neighbors apartments as well. I left work for about 2 1/2 hours to go home and see what could be done. Dad, the boys, and 3 other people were there and they had to end up ripping the carpet out because the 3 shopvacs weren't getting all the water out of the carpet. So therefore we had to start moving furniture around to accomodate (thank goodness I'm pregnant, didn't have to do much haha). We worked out Sunday morning and the guy brought our new hot water heater at 1000 that morning and installed it. We got new carpet installed Monday and was able to start moving things back into the living room. They did replace the carpet on the stairwell and landing upstairs just to match the living room so that was a plus as well. My cousin came over that night and cleaned the carpet in both bedrooms too. All day yesterday we worked on cleaning things, throwing away things and replaced a few minor things. Luckily we didn't have to claim anything on insurance. I had a lot of books underneath our coffee tables and Corey pointed out that our big family Bible was the book that took the least amount of water, another blessing!! Today we went and picked up the baby furniture and got it in the baby room yea!!! It's not all in place and fixed up yet, I'll post some pictures when we get that done, hopefully next week. Needless to say we are wore out and it will be nice for me to go to work to get a break from here. We were also going to decide on a baby name this week but I guess that will have to wait till next week, again :( Hope everyone is doing well, can't wait to see yal Thanksgiving!!!!!!!!!!! Love ya

Does anyone need or know anyone that needs a set of bunk beds.  I am wanting to get rid of the ones in Jacobs room.  If you know of anyone, let me know.
OK, I have added a few things to the blog.  If you will notice, at the end of the blog where it used to say POSTED by, it says lovingly created by..... and the other thing, is I added three buttons at the end of the post.  One says funny, cool, and NoWay.  I know a lot of times I have time to read and don't always have time to post, but I do have time to click.  Let me know what you think of it.

Daddy loved the ribs!  But he said they were so spicy he couldn't hardly eat them.  but when he finished, there was only half a rack left!  Mommy ate about half her chicken and loved the sucatash.  It was about 530 I guess when they finished eating.  She got up from the table, went over to the sink and took out her teeth.  I said are you going to bed and she looked outside and said, well its dark, so I am going here pretty soon.  LOL

Well headed to bed,
Night All

Good Cold and Rainy afternoon to all,
I went to Beckley today with Jacob, David ,Susan and Emma. Christmas tree shopping for church. Found a beauty at Hobby Lobby. I will post some pictures after we get it up. It is definately gorgeous. Brought Daddy back some Ribs from Rubys and Mommy some bar b cued chicken with baked potatoes and sucatash. I asked Daddy and Mommy if they would be ok to get their own lunch if I went to beckley. Mommy is planning on frying a skillet of potatoes for lunch and so I asked Daddy if he would like some Ribs, Oh that sounds really good! So I think anytime I go to Beckley or Lewisburg, that is a must at least once a week! And Bear and Marley sure do like the bones. Sunday evening I went to Mommys and they had been over to the cemetary and up the holler. Mommy said they went to the cemetary but "didn't go in" I thought that was funny.
Enjoy your day! Even if it is cold and dreary!
By the way, If you don't have a christmas program to go to this year, mark your calendar for December 20. The kids are putting on one called "Cricket County Christmas Carol" Its gonna be a good one! Its hillbilly at its best. Monica its right up your alley!
