Timmy here, just a quick note! First to correct my spelling! There procedure that Cindy had yesterday was a "Cardiac catheterization (KATH-eh-ter-ih-ZA-shun) is a medical procedure used to diagnose and treat some heart conditions." (Copied this from google.) Anyway...the procedure went fine. We spent most of the day at the hospital and the Doctor said that her heart was totally normal, not one thing out of the ordinary. He said that her chest pains were, "totally a result of stress"! And before any of you get any ideas, no it's not me causing it. Anyway, she is quite sore this morning and the ride home made her quite sick to her stomach so we are not going to try and make the trip up there this morning. We will miss you guys and hopefully see you soon. Love you and hope you all have a wonderful day, wherever you find yourself spending the day. Timmy, Cindy and Justin

Good Morning everyone! Timmy here, just a quick note! Some of you may already know, Cindy has been having complications with her heart and as a result of a follow up visit with her Cardiologist yesterday, he immediately scheduled her a heart cauterization this morning. As I understand it, an all day event. We we be heading to the Radford Hospital shortly and depending on the results of their find, will determine if we go from here directly to Roanoke for surgery. We had planned to be home tomorrow, with the two grandbaby’s....we will see. Love you guys and desire your prayers. If any of you guys want to drop me a text or call, I will have my phone.. If I can figure out how to access the blog with my phone, I will try to keep you updated. Haven’t done that before so may have to get one of you (Tech Guru's) to help. Love and miss you guys! Timmy, Cindy and Justin
Update on Jesse
Hi all, I am in Roanoke with Helen. Jesse was moved to a step down unit last night and he is doing amazingly well. He knew there wasn't a race this weekend because it was Easter weekend. Eating and drinking good! The doctors are amazed! God has answered prayers! You Gus continue to pray for Helen to give her strength! Love you all! I plan on coming home around noon Saturday so save me some chicken:). Addy are you making dumplings to go with that chicken? I might be making chicken Alfredo, I have to check with Amy! Lol
Love to all, by the way our church is having an Easter egg hunt at the Cadle farm from 2-4 with snacks and prizes so hopefully we can go to that!.
My hands are improving. Still not full strength, that will take months unfortunately! I have been having some terrible shoulder and back pains. I went to see the dr yesterday and he said I have a rib and a hip out if place! He is going to start working on me next week to try and get it back in place. He also said it would be quite painful. So if you have a spare prayer say it for me. I am in tremendous pain😕

History of the Ampersand
Ampersand
[am-per-sand, am-per-sand]

This strange punctuation mark has a fascinating past. The ampersand emerged over 2,000 years ago as the Latin word et meaning "and." The cursive writing of Latin scribes often connected the "e" and "t," giving rise to the shape of the ampersand. The name did not appear until the 1830s when "&" was the 27th letter of the English alphabet. The mark concluded the alphabet with "X, Y, Z, and per se and" with "and per se" meaning "and by itself." This final phrase was slurred by English school children during recitation and reborn as "ampersand."

Hey Ya'll. Just need to clarify our dinner plans. We are NOT making breakfast at 9:00 and dinner at 12:00!! That was just a suggestion as an alternative to dinner. We are having dinner ONLY, at 12:30 sharp! Main menu...Chicken!! I will make scalloped potatoes and mashed potatoes!! Marcia is making her famous rolls. Teresa and Amy are providing the chicken and Teresa is making a pot of Green Beans. Andy and Kim are bringing drinks. Kelsey is bringing cupcakes. For the rest of you who are planning to come, please let us know what you plan to bring. It is hard to provide a meal when we don't know what the rest of you are bringing. Thanks and we hope to see you there. If you can't come, know that you are missed. Love you All.

10 Signs That You Have a Pride Problem
This was in our sermon on Sunday, Man Up. Pastor Joe was speaking on Sampson. I thought it was interesting. I know God hates pride. Is there such a thing as "good" pride biblically speaking?
10 Signs That You Have a Pride Problem
•You struggle submitting to secular or spiritual authority
•You struggle accepting correction
•You struggle admitting you were wrong
•You struggle changing your mind
•You struggle admitting someone knows more than you do
•You struggle learning from someone that’s not as gifted or as old as you
•You struggle complimenting others that do what you do
•You criticize and judge others often
•You blame others for your failures
•You seldom follow rules and procedures
