Emily~  I have had that lecture about Hudson Cream flour as well.  I hate to write it on the blog because then it will be documneted, but this is one time that they were right:)    Whatever you do, just ask Andy, MAKE SURE it is self-rising.  I know that several of us have had to learn that the hard way, myself included.  Your breakfast sure looked good.  Wish I could have chowed down with you!  Love ya
