It is just March 15 and I have already had my second mess of ramps. We went up on the hill above our house and dug them. You have to know where to dig cause they're not up yet, but if you scrape the leaves back, they are just coming through the dirt!! They are about an inch and a half long and they are so tender. Pretty Stout too! I know that is making your mouth water!!!
