Michelle, thanks for bringing back the memory of Mom's fried apple pies. They were always so delicious, and crunchy. They were also one of my favorite things to take away from home when I left to drive back to wherever we were going. Once I went home by myself and she made six of them for me to take and I ate them all before I got home.
