Hello everyone. Just wanted to let you know that although I do not post often, I have been doing better at reading daily. Daniel and Alice, wanted to let you know that I love you and I am praying for you. Trish and Danny, you are continually in my thoughts and prayers. I love you! Love the picture of grandma on the blog. I have it set on my kindle. Nothing like seeing grandma's smile on a daily basis. :) I am at school, but I just wanted to take a minute to tell you all that I am looking forward to seeing everyone next weekend. Love you all!

Alice
Hi Everyone, The treatment went well yesterday, there was no allergic reactions to the chemo and we made it back home by 5:00 pm. This treatment is supposed to make her feel tired and have flu like symptoms. They said the nausea and vomiting probably would not come back for a day or so. We are hoping for a day or so of normal Alice =).
We are so glad to hear that Danny and Trish made the trip to Cleavland and back OK. God is so good, Praise the Lord.
Love and Prayers

Me and Steve started cleaning out the old house today, got out everything that we could burn.....lots and lots of cardboard. Called Better Living thrift store to come and get a few things that they can use and Steve is going to have some metal to hall off and several bags of garbage. It feels good to be getting some of this stuff done. I'm surprised at the progress we have made in such a short amount of time. Love all this Spring cleaning.
Good morning
Love to see my beautiful grandma on the blog. She always had a radiant smile for you. Alice praying your treatment is quick and easy. How is everyone else doing? Trish how are both you and Danny feeling? Addy I love the new hound:) Janet we need to see some pictures of your kids :) Vonda and Vesta are taking swim classes now. They both seem to enjoy it

Happy belated Birthday Alice, I do good to keep up with my own. Me and Steve worked out side all this weekend and today, we started building a rock wall next to our fire pit and we cleaned out the garage and some of the part next to the garage, he is excited about getting his garage so we are trying to get it cleaned out so we can tear it down. I wish it wasn't so close to the pines, I would just light a match and watch it burn. I can't wait to see everyone, April 7th at 1:00. Love you all!
Duh!!
I kept reading Trish's post and thought it didn't make sense. I thought "Why is she talking about April?" =) I finally went back and read what I had written. I meant to say March...I knew it was March 23rd and I knew she and Preslee shared a birthday. Duh!

So Alice this is still March so is your birthday march or April? Either way, happy birthday! I have grown to look forward to birthdays instead of dreading the fact of getting another year older:)
Danny is feeling soooo much better. His oncologist from UVA called yesterday just to check on him. He told him he was glad to hear he was among the living:). Danny doesn't realize how close to the other side he was.
He will attempt to get his next treatment on April 2nd at UVA. Which means he may not be able to come for the Easter get together.
We are headed north to Cleveland tomorrow for an appt I have at the clinic. We will appreciate your prayers!
