Haha Mommy...actually, 192 is passing, 220 is average, and anything over 240 will allow you to interview for whatever specialty you want (and 260 is pretty much the top end). I ended up with a 249! So, same basic principle but different numbers. ;) Either way, I am really excited!

Emily just called. She got her step scores back for med school.   Passing is 180. Average is 240 exceptional is 260. She scored 289!  She said she could get into any field she wanted probably with that score!  Woohoo!
