Hey Everybody,
I'm glad to see the blogging hasn't stopped! And I'm guessing a lot of it has to do with this weather that's keeping us inside. I did go out today to clean the porches and the vehicles off. The wind was blowing so hard it took my breath away a few times. I've been in the house since and you can't even tell I was outside now!
Just wanted to share some pictures from my day. I took the dogs with me when I went outside. Ladybird (the monsterous one) LOVES the snow! She was getting ready to pounce on Bandit in the one picture. And I know I promised you guys some pictures of our deck a while back so...Ta-Dah! Now that I won't be able to use it for a while! Paul got a double-papason chair the other day and no matter what time of day it is, somebody/thing is in it! It is incredibly comfortable, like sleeping in a big, bowl-shaped cloud! I tried a new recipe for bread today, as you can see I think it turned out pretty well. If it got any bigger it wasn't going to fit in the oven. I'll let you know how it tastes! I've cleaned off the table on the back porch twice already and that much snow had already piled back on top of it by noon when I went out today!
Trish, we'll be praying for you tomorrow that all goes well and if you need a dog-sitter for a while, well my house is open! And I think that's a great idea about going to church! New Year's then?
Michelle, do you know how much snow is expected for you guys? I'm so glad you get to spend the holidays with Joe, take lots of pictures and post for us! And how is the German coming along for you and the girls? I have a friend in Brazil that is learning German, isn't it one of the most difficult languages?
So should we start planning the menu for New Year's? We're doing finger foods right? I know we still have Christmas to go but I get so excited when we all get together to eat! YAY!
Talk to you guys tomorrow! All my love,
Addy
P.S. Mark and Monica, in case you were wondering Fozzie isn't pictured in this post because he spent all day on the bed. He hates the snow!
