Good Morning All~
Mommy had a restful night. I didn't have to give her any more suppositories after 9:00 last night. Teresa and I gave her a warm lotion bath (I put it in the microwave) this morning and she went sound asleep after that, but then she woke up and was wide awake. Didn't say anything but looked at us like "Well, I ain't gonna sleep all day" LOL We got her up to her chair. She is incontinent now so we don't need to get her up to the potty anymore. We just keep her nice and cushy. She is literally laying on "down".
Hospice just called and Shawna is coming out (for those of you who knew Tim Brown, she is his daughter-in-law). She is bringing me a pack of diapers and she said that Hospice would provide, pads, gloves, and anything else I might need. She is also bringing me liquid Ativan, should I need it. I told her I didn't think I would, but they want us to have everything I might need.
She asked me if I got her prescription b/c she forgot to call it in when she left the other day. She apologized and told me that when she made a mistake, she would always own up to it. I told her that I admired her for that and it was okay. No harm done. I told her that I had to pay for the suppositories ($10.59) and she said I shouldn't have had to pay anything SO she is going by the Pharmacy and get me my money back!
Thank you all for the prayers and I know, without a doubt, that I couldn't be doing this is it wasn't for His strength. As some of you know, I had panic attacks when I helped with Daddy and I was afraid that I would have them now, but I am fine and I have a calmness that has to come from Him. However, Pray especially for Blain, b/c he is having a hard time. Love to All
