Mid 70s today. Beautiful, shame I spent the day in bed. But I raised the windows and it was so nice to have a warm breeze blowing in through the house.
Hope everyone avoids the flu bug...

Hey All! GOOD JOB TRISH! This is the Slaughters in VA checking in. And yes, we got the most beautiful snow last weekend. Tomorrow and Sunday it is suppose to be 75 degrees! My capris are out! I have 1 boy and a girl I am raising another little boy and a girl age 5 and 7 no grandkids yet .Mike has a girl and a boy his girl has a little girl. Letha has a girl and she has 2 girls .Gary has 3 boys and 1 girl and 10 grand babies. I think Letha is going to take Daddy up there in May.not for sure

Janis anytime your Dad wants to come and stay for a month, I could meet you guys half way and pick him up. Daddy and Mommy both would love that. And with Spring coming-eventually- they could get outside and piddle.
I did invite Carol and Debbie, Cherrie, Leatha, Goldie, Junior, Susan and their girls, Pauls wife, Lorie. I didn't have any addresses for Joys family, any of Myrtles family or Micks. So if any of you have email addresses let me know and I will send an invite. Some of them may think its junk mail. I will have to send out an email and see.
It has warmed up to 40 degrees and the sun is shining. Danny is still sick with the flu or bronchitis or whatever it is.

Janis~So good to hear about all your family. How many kids do they all have? Seems like the Treadway boys were sure gifted in the fix-it department! Steve is going to school for Heating and Air, I think. Steve, correct me if I'm wrong. Tell them all Hello for us and we'd sure love to see them all.
All Daddy's instruments are always sittin' out in the living room. Timmy comes up sometimes and they make an evening of it, playin' and singin'. I've got my 2 little munchkins today, so I can't sit for very long at one time. Talk to ya'll later.

Hey all Daddy is doing great. Mike stays pretty busy he goes around to houses and buisness to fix air cond. and heaters. Gary has his own Buisness redoing houses for people he keeps pretty busy. and Letha does drafting for a buisness and they have there own buisness landscaping. Daddy told me to tell you all hi. I talk to him just about every day. He said he wished he could go up to your daddy's and play music for bout a month.

Rita we are going to have a heat wave the same as you guys this week only with rain too.

You guys will never guess what I found at Mommys last night while going through the file cabinet to find the telephone instruction book. REPORT CARDS! Mine, Steve, Bobbie, Lonnie...then I had to quit looking. Jacob really got a kick out of these. He was really tickled with Lonnies, thinks theres still hope for him! Just thought I would share that, I am sure the rest of your alls is there too, just have to dig for them. Your kids would be thrilled to see them I am sure! By the way Ruth, it looks like your signature signing Mrs. Treadway on the back of Lonnies. Did you do that to help out Mommy or to keep Mommy from seeing it? LOL

Danny went to the doctor today, has bronchitis. I think he will live, just not very comfortably!
