Liked your picture of the butterfly. Here are a few of us when we visited a butterfly museum here in Gainesville. All kinds were everywhere and they would land on you often. Made for some good pictures with the kids (even big kids!). Alice glad you are doing well.
Mom we love you and hope you are feeling well today! Hope you like these pictures.

Good Morning from VA!
I've taken a trip down memory lane this morning catching up! Love the pictures everyone and videos Amy. More! More! Please. You are quite the singer Amy! Is Clara making her debut! I hoped to get to Rita's in time to meet Brooks but that didn't happen so keep the pictures coming, he looks so big!
So glad that all went well with you Alice. Will you guys get back to WV in the fall?
Steve, are any of the apple trees loaded this year?
Trish, I guess Jacob will be fit as a fiddle when school starts?
Do you know if Lonnie got on his bike for his birthday? He was hoping to do that.
Marleigh and I are eating our peas, (with pears mixed in of course) "those things make me gag Gramma" she says:) Have a blessed day everyone!

Reflecting of home
Trish, Rita, Teresa and all of you folks that are helping with Mom, Our many thanks for doing what you do, and for your spouse's that are supportive of your work. Many thanks to you as well. It is our busiest time of year here with our work. But this to shall pass. It is great to see and read about the grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Even though we are not there, seems like we are in part. Hopefully we will get to see you guys before to long and I am looking forward to sitting out on the front porch, after dark at home, and just listen to the whippoorwills like we use to do with Dad, when we were kids.

We had a great time visiting with Trish's, Steve's, Rita's, and Janet's families. Unfortunately, our trip got cut short so that I could drive Dad's sister up to see her son in the hospital, but thankfully we had made the most out of Thursday night and Friday. Trish made bar-b-q on Thursday night, I took the babies up to Rita's on Friday and they got to see grandma and play with Janet's kids. Clara really loved the M&Ms that Janet brought. Then Friday night, Steve had us up for yummy smores with peanut butter!! I got to see all of the work that they have been doing on the house - it looks really great!! I'll admit, though, that my favorite part of the trip was getting to sleep in until 9 on Saturday morning! Thanks to Trish and Danny for taking care of Clara so that I could sleep!
Daniel & Alice- Praying for you. Keep us posted as you can.
Steve, praying for you today as I assume you started your new job?
Thank you for your prayers for Susan. After going to Charleston last night, she got a good report. Her amniotic fluid level was up to 7, should be 8. It had previously been 2 and 3. They said it could change very quickly. Continue to pray for her.
Vonda, Did Mimi's glasses arrive in one piece? I hope so:)
Monica, did you think of anything else that you needed?
Hope you all have a good day!

Does that song work for you? If not, I can change it easily.
If anyone reads this, (since I never get a response) please pray for my sister-in-law, Susan, who is pregnant. She went to have an ultrasound Friday and was admitted to the hospital b/c she didn't have enough amniotic fluid. She had several tests done and steroids given to her to strengthen the baby's lungs. All this came with high blood pressure and sugar. Today, she was sent on to Charleston to be evaluated by Women's and Children b/c they couldn't take the tests that RGH did. They are waiting on results this evening and after these tests, they may go ahead and deliver. She is about 34 weeks. The baby is already about 7lbs. I know that she is scared and worried. Please keep her in your prayers.
I am going to get mom to give you all another lecture about ignoring the blog:) Love you all!

Right before the KNIFE!
This is a picture I snapped right before we had to leave him.
Julie tell Devin thanks so much for Jacobs card and tell him he is very artistic! Ask him if he is going to follow in his daddys footsteps or is he going for that PRO athlete!
Lorie tell Vonda Jacob so appreciated her card too. ANd whats so funny is that he got them both on the same day plus some from Dannys family. He was really feeling his oats that day when he got more mail than we did!
He is back to normal, just a little sore when we go over a bumpy road. We went to Princeton yesterday and took Emily out for her birthday. Amy, Greg and the babies were supposed to go but they had to cut their visit short in order to take her aunt to Ohio as her son is in ICU. He is pretty sick and has been for a while...remember him in prayer, Doyle Keeney.
I am posting some pictures of their visit. Clara wasn't feeling very good, had a runny nose and teething Amy thinks. Little Brooks is as loveable as he looks in his pictures. He is so cute and cuddly!
